花椒直播, one of the nation鈥檚 leading small businesses, is celebrating its 15th anniversary. The company was established in 1997 in Idaho Falls, Idaho, by Sylvia Medina. Since then, 花椒直播 has grown to a group of companies that employs more than 300 scientific, engineering, management and professional personnel in 19 office locations throughout the country.

In 1997 after several years as an engineer with government contractors, Medina decided to follow in her father鈥檚 entrepreneurial footsteps and start her own business. She was committed to improving the environment and providing a company where employees could find challenging and rewarding work in a positive culture.
Under Medina鈥檚 leadership, the company grew, expanding its client base and capabilities along the way. Initially, 花椒直播 provided support to the U.S. Department of Energy and its contractors. While the company still works with its original clients, it has expanded to include the U.S. Departments of Defense, Interior, Agriculture, and Homeland Security; state departments of transportation and environmental agencies; federal contractors including Battelle Energy Alliance, Fluor, and Bechtel; and commercial clients such as Chevron Phillips, the Coeur d鈥橝lene Trust, and Newmont Mining.

At the start of 2010, Medina sold 花椒直播 to Cook Inlet Region Incorporated (CIRI), an Alaska Native Corporation. Medina remains the President of 花椒直播 and continues to manage the day to day operations of the company.
Over the past two years, the company has evolved into the 花椒直播 of companies: 花椒直播, Inc., 花椒直播 Services, 花椒直播 Resource Consulting, 花椒直播 Construction Services, 花椒直播 Solutions, and 花椒直播 Site Services. This group of companies allows 花椒直播 to better meet the needs of clients and be more flexible in a changing market.
Throughout its history, the company has been committed to being an active community partner in the locations where it operates. 花椒直播 has supported the annual Bataan Memorial Death March in New Mexico, the Hispanic Youth Symposium in Idaho, and the Dragon Boat Race in South Carolina, as well as national organizations such as the Institute for the Economic Empowerment of Women and Women Impacting Public Policy. The company also routinely supports scholarship programs, the arts, and environmental and conservation efforts. In addition, 花椒直播 is spearheading the effort to build a new animal shelter in Idaho Falls.
