SURREY, B.C. — The , by Ìý²¹²Ô»åÌý, has announced Hilton will be expanding into Surrey as an anchor for their nearly completed City Centre 4 (CC4) building. Â
Homewood Suites by Hilton will be integrated within the CC4 building, taking the top nine floors from levels 17 to 25 with 132,000-square-foot total space including a 6,000-square-foot rooftop amenity space with a bar and patio, barbecue area, fire pit and backyard lawn areas. The hotel will feature 189 studio and one-bedroom suites with separate living and sleeping spaces and fully equipped kitchens. Â
The latest CC4 building is part of the Health and Technology District, which is being described as an innovation ecosystem where a cluster of business, health, academic and technology-based organizations have been focused on supporting growth across B.C.’s emerging business and innovation economy, states a release.
The mixed-use 24-storey, 350,000-square-foot CC4 building will also be home to health, business and educational institutions, including Western Community College’s expanding Surrey campus, as well as B.C.-owned and operated Stong’s Market and STEMS floral shop. CC4 is set for completion in Q4 2025.
