Kudos to the 2024 花椒直播 Leadership Academy (NWLA) class! Participants exhibited enthusiasm and commitment throughout the program, showcasing adaptability and agility while learning new skills and forging connections across the company.
Last month, 31 high-potential employees spanning 花椒直播鈥檚 diverse organization completed a months-long leadership development program facilitated by University of Tennessee consultants and strengthened by projects supporting corporate initiatives.
On June 7, at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, teams presented the results of their projects to 花椒直播 President and CEO Rich Driggs, CIRI President Sarah Lukin, program alumni, and other 花椒直播 guest panelists.

What is 花椒直播 Leadership Academy (NWLA)? As one of 花椒直播鈥檚 benefits, it is an annual rotation of 花椒直播鈥檚 rising star contributors through a curriculum designed by the University of Tennessee to prepare our future leaders to take on more responsibility within the organization. Participants develop their leadership skills through three in-person training sessions and an interim group project guided by an Executive Champion and two Corporate Mentors.
